FREE DELIVERY
Free Shipping Nationwide to your door or to your nearest PUDO locker. If you are located in a remote area, it may be more efficient to order your items through Takealot.
DELIVERY PROCESS
Orders can only be delivered to a physical address. Orders will not be delivered to PO Box addresses. We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you. We provide a delivery service to South Africa only, but please note that our couriers do not deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you place your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to your nearest PUDO locker.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed via e-mail.
Seamfree Underwear will supply all goods to the courier company in good order. All orders are to be signed for upon delivery. Shipments are insured for damages. Please inspect your package upon delivery and take a photograph of damaged items for insurance purposes.
Please allow 2-3 working days for orders to be processed and shipped. Timescales of delivery with the courier is normally within 2-5 days nationally and between 5-10 days for outlying areas.
The delivery costs relate to the weight of your order and the address to which you’d like your order delivered.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. Seamfree Underwear shall take all reasonable action to discontinue an offer as soon as stock is no longer available.
However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Seamfree Underwear shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders. We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. Should a certain style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advice on alternative styles and colours. Should you want a specific colour, we will advise expected delivery dates.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the online store. However, please note that colours may vary slightly.
