Returns and Exchanges
Can I return Seamfree Underwear?
Underwear is a non-returnable item. This is because once worn, we cannot sell the product to another customer. Even if you ordered the incorrect size, the item cannot be returned. However, if the item is faulty or the incorrect item was sent to you, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return, for incorrect or faulty items only.
